About the computer

"Not sure" is fine.

How would you like it done?
About the drive
What is the data on?
What is it doing?

If it clicks, beeps or is not detected, stop using it now. That is a physical fault and every extra power-up risks the data. I refer those drives to a lab and the referral is free.

About the print job

One is fine. The price per mug drops from 10 up.

What kind?

For a computer: when it started, any error message, anything spilled or dropped. For print or design: what goes on it, the wording, the colours and the occasion.
